Stucco Guard ClearSeal helps protect your new stucco surface from the ravages
of weather, algae, and damage due to water intrusion. How?

Stucco Guard ClearSeal is a unique blend of modified silane/siloxane monomers and polymers which penetrate the porous stucco finish and react with the alkalinity of the surface treated. This reaction, in turn, triggers a chemical reaction that results in the sealant becoming an integral part of the base substrate, which in turn creates an invisible water repellent barrier. Why is this important?

Stucco Guard ClearSeal repels water from the normally porous stucco surface so
your finish resists stains, algae growth, freeze/thaw spalling, efflorescence, and
alkali run-downs(which can damage glass). Does it last?

Stucco Guard ClearSeal exhibits good water repellency for five to ten years. The
deep penetration of this product protects it from surface abrasion thus reducing
maintenance costs and making future cleaning easier. Will my stucco still ‘breathe’?

Stucco Guard ClearSeal is truly breathable. This feature allows moisture vapour to
migrate from the interior to the exterior surfaces protecting your home’s integrity and preventing dry rot.

Technical Data:

Stucco Guard ClearSeal, when tested to A.S.T.M. E-514 standards, passes with NO penetration of water. It also passes a 24 hour wind driven rain test (150 KMH
hurricane force) with no penetration.

provides invisible water repellent protection stopping water intrusion ---withstanding a 150 KMH wind driven rain for 24 hours without letting water through.

helps treated surfaces resist staining from atmospheric pollution and vegetative (algae, mildew, moss) growth and keeps treated surfaces dry.

helps prevent alkali rundowns which etch glass (efflorescence).

helps reduce long term maintenance costs (you can clean it more easily - no deep            stains).
